This isn't just a notebook; it's a downloadable PDF guide designed to be a gentle companion on your therapeutic journey. I’ve carefully structured it to mirror the process of therapy itself—a journey of reflection, intention-setting, and compassionate curiosity.


Each of the eight weeks, you'll be guided by the same structure:

  • Setting an intention for your week.

  • Tuning into your senses with a mindfulness exercise.

  • Exploring a deep, powerful "I'm curious..." question.

  • Engaging in a therapeutic activity.

  • Reflecting on what joy feels like in your body.


It's a framework designed to help you connect with yourself, notice your patterns, and give a voice to the parts of you that are waiting to be heard.


Exploring the Questions That Matter


The heart of the journal lies in the weekly "I'm curious..." prompts. These are the big, powerful questions that often sit beneath the surface of our daily struggles:


  • Why do we care so much about what other people think?

  • Why does our past trauma show up in our present relationships?

  • Why is it so hard to be as kind to ourselves as we are to our friends?


This journal doesn't give you the answers. It creates a safe space for you to find your own. It’s an invitation to stop just reacting to life, and to start understanding the 'why' behind your feelings and behaviours.
